Alan Moore

Alan Joined the Construction industry in 1988, completing his apprenticeship in carpentry and joinery with a local established building company.  During his apprenticeship Alan became competent and confident in all aspects of first and second fix joinery.  In 1993 Alan chose a career change and spent the next 25 years working offshore and onshore, within the Oil and Gas Industry.  During this period, with Alan's emphasis on personal development, he became a qualified Behavioural based Safety Coach and attained the NEBOSH Diploma in Occupational Health and Safety, to become a qualified Health and Safety Professional.  In 2016 after spending 14 months working in Texas, Alan returned to his roots and dusted down his tools once more.  It has been as though Alan has not been away and with his keen eye, steady hand and attention to detail,he specialises particularly in all aspects of finishing work.   His skills as a Safety Coach and broad knowledge of UK legislation, guide the way he works and allows him to work with Kevin to ensure all work undertaken meets, as a minimum, the company's legislative requirements.  Alan is not shy when it comes to sharing his knowledge and experiences, with his colleagues at k. wallace Joinery, to ensure that all operations are undertaken incident and injury free.
